The Department of Mathematics at SRM University-AP invites you to the conference on select topics in Algebraic Geometry and Commutative Algebra from July 18 to 23, 2022. The conference aims to bring together leading experts in Algebraic Geometry and Commutative Algebra and young early career researchers (PhD, Post-doc, and Assistant Professors).
Invited speakers from reputed institutions across India and worldwide will cast light on the recent advancements and nuanced possibilities of the discipline. The conference will be held in hybrid mode in the Tiered Classroom at Level 5, Academic Block, SRM University-AP, adhering to covid protocols.

The university is situated at a distance of 21.4 km from Hotel Lemon Tree Premier, Vijayawada. Traveling by taxi will take only 37 minutes to reach the destination.
By Rail
Those coming from other states of India by train, should get down at the Vijayawada Railway Station (railway code: BZA), which is well-connected with almost all parts of the country. From the stations, you may engage a taxi to reach SRM University.
By Air
The nearest airport is the Vijayawada International Airport (IATA: VGA) is about 45km from campus. You may engage a taxi from the airport to reach SRM University.
By Bus
Buses operated by APSRTC from Pandit Nehru Bus Station and NTR Bus Station connect the University city with Vijaywada and Guntur respectively.
